We are hiring an Inn keeper
We are...
...a small boutique hotel located in a beautifully-restored historic house near Bucharest’s city center. We offer double rooms and apartments for short- and mid-term stays. The owners are a young couple who share a passion for travel and design.

What you will do:
-
Check rooms after cleaning, to make sure they are in perfect order and spotless.
-
Provide constructive and respectful feedback on a daily basis to house-cleaning staff.
-
Check-in and check-out guests (welcome them, answer their questions, collect cash and handle keys)
-

-
You drive sales of add-on services and products (guided tours, transportation, drinks, souvenirs, etc.).
-
You may help with event organization, including provisioning supplies, guest registration, meal preparation and serving.
-
Ensure guests observe house rules, and do not disturb other guests (no loud parties during the night, unless planned so, no smoking inside, etc.)
-
Immediately report (and occasionally help fix) any house maintenance issues.
-
Handle customer complaints and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner, while keeping guest satisfaction top of mind.
-
Ensure hotel costs are kept down without sacrificing customer satisfaction or well-being.
